    • How shipping works?: We have FREE SHIPPING - After you purchase we process your order during next 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday.
    • What countries do you ship to?: We ship Worldwide!  
    • What about shipping time?: AVG Shipping time is 13 to 17 days since we process the order.
      However, it depend of your country, customs, holidays and a few external factors, so, some orders can take a bit over 17 days. But, in rare cases.

      If you need the order urgent please contact us on sales@therebelgear.com and we will arrange fast shipping through DHL or FeDex with some extra charges.

    • You will give me a tracking number?: Of Course! - You will receive a tracking number during next 24 - 48 hours.

  • CHANGES AND RETURNS

    • Yes lovely customer ❤️ ! you can request a change or return your product if you are not 100% satisfy! - Send us an email to sales@therebelgear.com with the subject RETURN and include your order number. And we'll check with you whats the issue.

  • PAYMENTS

    • We Accept Credit Cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS (Must be international transactions enabled, if you unable to pay at checkout, please contact your bank to make enable international transactions enable)

  • DUTIES OR TAXES

    • There is almost a zero chance that your order will have any additional fees added after you have paid for your item and it has been shipped.
      However, in the extremely rare chance (mostly with wholesale orders and less than 0.01%) that this may happen,
      The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and applicable taxes Please just contact us,
      we might find a solution for you.
